The 894 square feet carpet area is decent, but honestly, the rooms could have been a little larger given the price point of 1.09 Crore onwards. However, the ready-to-move status was a major plus for us as we needed to relocate quickly. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex look good, adding a nice touch. It’s close to the Mumbai Pune Expressway, making travel easier. We are still waiting for the OC details, which is something to keep an eye on.
