The price point, starting from 54.59 Lakh, seemed reasonable for the Dhanori area, especially for a ready-to-move property completed in June 2021. Raojee Constructions has a track record of timely delivery. The rainwater harvesting and water conservation features are commendable from an environmental pepective. While the basic amenities like lifts and security are present, the rooms felt a bit compact for my liking. It's a decent investment for rental income though.

We needed something ready-to-move and this fit the bill perfectly, having been completed in June 2021. The gym is well-equipped and the landscaped gardens are pleasant for a morning walk. My wife is also happy with the 24/7 water supply, which is always reliable here. The price was a little higher than we initially planned but it feels like a worthwhile investment for our future.

  My partner and I bought a 2 BHK here at Raojee Palladium Grand Phase II K. The 556 square feet carpet area is comfortable for us, and we love the gymnasium and the swimming pool. The location in Dhanori, Laxmi Nagar is okay, but the road leading to the project can get dusty sometimes, especially during dry weather. The parking is closed car parking, which is safe.
