I wanted a project that was ready to move, and this one was completed in December 2023, which worked out perfectly. The proximity to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital Nagar Road, also nearby, gives me peace of mind knowing medical help is nearby. Ranade RealtoLLP P has included important features like fire fighting systems and rainwater harvesting. My parents mentioned the parking is closed car parking, which is good for security. The only minor issue is that the OC is not yet available, which is a bit concerning for future resale.
