The location in Anand Niketan Society, Karve Nagar, offegood connectivity. It's reassuring that they have 24x7 water supply and also 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The community hall is a nice addition. We paid around 1.70 Crore for our flat. The project completion is scheduled for June 2026, which gives us ample time. Ranade RealtoLLP P seems to be a reliable developer.
