Ltd, has a decent reputation. I liked that they provide 24X7 water supply and partial power backup, which are essential. The Gated Community aspect gives added security. My only slight worry is the distance from the main city center, but for my parents, a quieter area is probably better. The price range of 71.4 L to 86.55 L was within my budget for this kind of property.
