The price was about 52.64 Lakh. The proximity to Bridgewell Global School, nearby, was a major deciding factor for us. Uttara Bus Stand is also very close, making commutes easier. The kids enjoy the cycling and jogging track. The only minor issue is the power backup sometimes struggles during heavy monsoon rains, but the maintenance team is usually quick to respond.
