My main priority was finding a ready to move apartment for my parents near Rajahmahendravaram. After looking at various options, I finalized a 3 BHK at Raki Chandrika Vilaasini Vanaspathi. The location in Palacharla Village is quite accessible from the main roads like AV Appa Rao Road and Jawaharlal Nehru Road. My parents appreciate that the construction is relatively new as it was completed in 2021. Raki Avenues provided all the necessary documentation without much hassle which helped me close the deal from abroad. The carpet area is quite spacious for them. I do hope the local municipality improves the street lighting on the approach road soon to make it safer for senioat night.
