We finally found a decent 3 BHK at Rockane The Bliss after searching all over Rajahmundry for weeks. Being IT professionals we really value the access to AV Appa Rao Road because it cuts down our commute time significantly. Rockane Infras seems to have focused on the essentials like fire sprinkleand a reliable power backup system. The apartment is ready to move which saved us from all the typical construction headaches. One thing to note is that the parking space can feel a bit cramped during peak houwhen everyone is home. Also the dust from the road nearby is something you have to deal with if you keep the balcony dooopen all day. Overall it is a functional and well located apartment for a young working family.

It sits nicely near National Highway 5 and Jawaharlal Nehru Road which makes traveling across the city and outside quite easy. The 3 BHK units are spacious with a carpet area of 951 Sq.ft which fits my family needs perfectly. Having 24X7 water supply is a big relief given how hot the summeget here. The common areas are well lit and the power backup kicks in quickly during the frequent power cuts we see in this region. The construction is solid and the paint finish looks good. It is a no-nonsense residential apartment complex that does what it promises without too much fuss or unnecessary extra features.

One minor issue we noticed is that the traffic noise from the nearby main road can be heard in the bedrooms facing that side. If you are sensitive to noise while sleeping you might want to look at the inner units instead.
