I appreciated the inclusion of practical facilities like 24X7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant. The cricket pitch and skating rink are good additions for recreation. However, I have noticed that the dust levels can be high due to ongoing construction in the nearby areas, which affects the air quality sometimes. The access to NH-12 is decent.
