Location in Narendrapur is good, close to Ram Krishna Mission and Welkin Medicare, both nearby, which is important for their healthcare needs. Rajwada Group is developing the project, and I've heard good things about their quality. I chose a 3 BHK flat, approximately 737 Sq.ft., for comfort. The price of 45.97 Lakh is the high end, but it's worth it for the amenities like the swimming pool and ample greenery. The 24x7 water supply and lifts are crucial for elderly residents. I hope the project is delivered on time.

  We purchased a 2 BHK flat in Rajwada Casablanca for our growing family. The carpet area of 585 Sq.ft. Is decent for us. The location in Narendrapur offegood connectivity to NSC Bose Road, which is convenient. We were impressed with the number of amenities provided, including the swimming pool, indoor games, and a dedicated kids' play area. The price of approximately 38 Lakh for our unit was within our budget. The construction is scheduled for completion by January 2027. A minor concern is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction, but we expect that to subside once the project is finished. Overall, it seems like a good value.

  After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to stay in Kolkata, and Rajwada Casablanca in Narendrapur offered that. The project by Rajwada Group has plenty of lush greenery and landscaped gardens, which is very appealing. I'm looking at a comfortable 3 BHK flat, and the sizes range from 737 Sq.ft. To 754 Sq.ft. The price point, around 40-45 Lakh, is manageable for me. Having 24x7 water supply and security is important. The only drawback is the distance to some essential services; while Ram Krishna Mission is nearby, other major hubs require a longer drive. The community hall is a nice addition for social gatherings.
