    I recently took possession of a 1 BHK at Rajmata Trinity Greens. The carpet area is 519 Sq.ft and it’s a good size for a single peon or a small family. The location in Shankar Kalat Nagar, Tathawade is decent, with good connectivity to the Mumbai Pune Expressway. My main concern was parking; they offer closed car parking, but if you have multiple vehicles or guests, it can feel a bit tight. The price was around 50 Lakhs, which fit my savings plan. I appreciate the inclusion of rainwater harvesting and a gym. Rajmata Realty seems to maintain the common areas reasonably well, and the video door security is a nice touch for peace of mind.

The flat size is good, our unit is around 700 Sq.ft carpet area, giving us enough space. The budget was around 60-70 Lakhs, which we felt was reasonable for the area and amenities. One thing we've noticed is that during peak hou, the traffic near Bhumkar Chowk road can get a bit heavy, but it’s manageable. We appreciate the video door security and intercom system. The main concern for us is the dust and construction noise from nearby ongoing projects, which can be noticeable sometimes. However, the project itself is ready to move, completed in March 2023. We like the landscaping and the provision for indoor games for the kids. The price for our unit was about 55 Lakhs. Rajmata Realty has included a good fire fighting system.
