The location in Kadri is fantastic, with both Lourdes Central School and Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute nearby, making it very convenient. We looked at a 3 BHK flat and found the layout to be modern and appealing. Rajkamal Constructions has built a solid structure. The only slight drawback is that the roads around the project can get quite dusty during dry weather due to ongoing nearby developments, but we are hoping this improves over time.

  Our primary concern was finding a home close to our children's school. Lourdes Central School being nearby was the deciding factor for us. We booked a 3 BHK at Rajkamal Anshul Residency because it’s ready to move in, which meant we could shift immediately after the school reopened. The location in Kadri, Mangalore is quite established. We visited the site and were happy with the room sizes for the kids. The developer, Rajkamal Constructions, seems to have delivered a good product. My only slight worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but since the school is so close, it might not be a major issue for us day-to-day. It feels like a safe neighborhood.
