This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Raja Gold Fields in Hoodi. I bought a 2 BHK apartment measuring 1400 Sq.ft. The size felt right for a new home. The price was within my budget, around 60 Lakhs. Being ready to move was a huge relief as I did not want to wait for construction. The location is good, close to the Hoodi Metro Station, which is helpful for getting around the city. My parents were concerned about the parking situation, as it seems a bit tight if many residents have multiple caHowever, the developer, Raja Housing Ltd, has a reputation for delivering. I am happy with the initial walkthrough of the flat.

Relocating to Bangalore for work at Manipal Hospital Varthur Road was a major decision. Raja Gold Fields in Hoodi was a convenient choice due to its proximity to the hospital. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which is 1656 Sq.ft, providing ample space for my family. The connectivity via Whitefield Main Road and Outer Ring Road is excellent. I did notice some dust and construction noise from nearby sites, which is a common issue in developing areas of Bangalore. However, the convenience of having a hospital and school like Gopalan National School within reach outweighs this. The price for the 3 BHK was around 70 Lakhs, which felt a bit high but acceptable given the location and size.

Location in Hoodi is convenient, close to the Outer Ring Road which helps with my commute to the office. My partner liked the proximity to Whitefield Main Road as well. The price range of 36.08 Lakh to 70.38 Lakh seemed reasonable for the area. One small issue is the traffic during peak hou, it can get quite congested getting out of Hoodi. However, having the Hoodi Metro Station nearby is a big plus for weekend travel. Overall, it met our basic needs.
