    We chose Aristo Lohith Paradise for our new home. The 3 BHK flat offea spacious 1335 square feet of built-up area, which is perfect for our family. The location is very convenient; Manipal Hospital and Gopalan National School are nearby, making it easy for us. The Hoodi Metro Station is also at the same distance, which is great for my commute. The price was in the range of 38-40 Lakhs for the 3 BHK, which was acceptable. The project is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately. Lloyds Realty has delivered a good product. My only concern is the noise from the nearby main roads sometimes.

Being ready to move was a huge advantage. The only minor issue is that the construction quality, while generally good, could be a bit better in the bathrooms. Otherwise, it’s a good place.
