I recently purchased a 2 BHK flat in Raj Krishna ToweThe built-up area is quite spacious at 1042 square feet, which was a big plus for me. Location in Shanti Nagar, Ponda, South Goa is convenient for daily needs, and it's nice that A. J. De Almeida High School is right next door. Raj Housing Development Pvt. Ltd. Has equipped the complex with good amenities like a gymnasium and 24x7 security, which gives me peace of mind. The power backup is also essential. My only minor issue is that the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty during dry weather, but it's manageable. Overall, I feel it was a good decision for my fit home purchase.

My wife and I were looking for a ready-to-move flat in South Goa, and Raj Krishna Towecaught our eye. The 2 BHK configuration with 1042 square feet built-up area offeenough room for us and potential future needs. We really liked the gymnasium and the clubhouse facilities provided by Raj Housing Development Pvt. Ltd. The location in Shanti Nagar is developing well, and it’s good that the project is near a school. We chose this because it was completed back in April 2012, suggesting stability. The only slight drawback we noticed was that the parking space felt a little cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, the intercom system and power backup are useful additions.

The 1042 square feet size is standard for a 2 BHK. It's good that it has essential amenities like 24x7 security and power backup, which are important for any residential property, especially for rental purposes. The project was ready to move since April 2012. While the location in Shanti Nagar is accessible, the road connecting to the main Ponda road is not the widest, which can be a minor inconvenience during peak houHowever, considering it's a ready property, it seemed like a reasonable choice.

Having retired recently, I was looking for a peaceful place in Goa. Raj Krishna Towein South Goa seemed like a fitting option. The 1042 square feet area for a 2 BHK is ample for my needs. I appreciate the inclusion of a club house and a children's play area, even though I don't have young kids anymore; it adds to the community feel. The project was completed in April 2012, and it feels quite established now. The proximity to Savaikar Hospital, nearby, is also a practical consideration. While the location is generally quiet, some days there can be a bit of traffic noise from the nearby main road, but it is not a constant disturbance. The 24x7 security provides a good sense of safety.
