It's located in Ponda, Kazi Waza, which is a lively area near the Main Ponda Municipal Market. We were looking in the 35-45 Lakh budget. The project by Raj Housing Development Pvt. Ltd. Was completed in June 2015 and is ready for immediate occupancy. The commute to our school, A. J. De Almeida High School, which is just a minute away, is incredibly easy now. The only downside is that the road leading to the building can get quite congested during market days.

The area is vibrant, with the market nearby, but sometimes the traffic on weekends can be a bit much.
