The size is perfect for us as a young couple, and we appreciate the closed car parking facility. The project is ready to move, which is great because we wanted to start our life here without any delays. We liked that it's in Ponda, Shanti Nagar, a developing area with potential. The developer, Krishna Sakaram Shetye, seems to have a decent reputation. We did notice that the road leading to the project isn't the best, which can be a bit annoying during monsoons. Apart from that, we are quite happy with our choice and the space we have.
