As a chartered accountant, I analyze investments carefully. Rainbow Sunrise Tower in Nigdi offered a 3 BHK apartment of 1190 sq.ft within the budget of around 1.2 Crore. The developer, Rainbow Housing, has a track record which gave me some comfort. The proximity to Amrita Vidyalayam High School is excellent for families. They have good amenities like a gymnasium and closed car parking. The location is good with easy access to NH 66. My main concern is the completion date is April 2026, which feels a bit far off for a ready-to-move project, and I am not sure about the OC status. I hope they expedite the process.

The 800 sq.ft 2 BHK layout is quite practical for us, and the price point around 89.46 Lakh felt manageable. It's conveniently located in Pimpri Chinchwad, and having shops on the ground floor is a big plus for daily groceries. The gym is decent enough for our needs. My only minor worry is the traffic during peak houon the main road, but we are trying to get used to it. The construction quality looks solid, and we like the modern clubhouse. We chose Rainbow Sunrise Tower because of its excellent location right next to Amrita Vidyalayam High School. This is a huge relief for us with two young kids. We got a 2 BHK apartment, 800 sq.ft, which is comfortable for our small family and within our budget. The project has a dedicated kids' play area and ample green spaces which the children enjoy. The PCMC Metro Station is also not too far, about 4 kilomete, which is good for commuting. The only downside is that the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit botheome sometimes, but it's manageable. The gym and clubhouse are also quite good.

We are upgrading from our rented place and decided on a 3 BHK apartment in Rainbow Sunrise Tower. The 1190 sq.ft size is perfect for our growing family and feels much more spacious than our current rental. The price was around 1.2 Crore, which is a stretch but manageable with our combined income. The developer, Rainbow Housing, seems reputable. We love the modern clubhouse and the gymnasium. Having shops on the ground floor for convenience is fantastic. The only slight issue we've noticed is that car parking can feel a bit tight during weekends when many residents are home. But the 24x7 water supply and landscaping are big positives.
