I purchased a 2 BHK flat here as it seemed like a solid choice for long-term living. The carpet area is about 700 square feet, which is a good size for a couple. The location in Zingabai Takli, off Koradi Road, offereasonable access to essentials. Having a sewage treatment plant and 24X7 water supply are important features for any residential building, and Rai Aashiyana has them. The proximity to Max Super Speciality Hospital is also a comfort. My only real concern is the parking, which feels a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle or guests. However, for the price point, it offegood value and essential facilities.
