It's ready to move, which was perfect as we didn't want to wait. The location in Ambattur is decent, close to the Chennai Tiruvallur High Road, making our commute to the IT corridor easier, around 25 minutes. The flat’s layout is quite functional for a young couple. However, parking could be an issue if you have multiple vehicles, as it seems a bit tight. We are hoping the builder will address this, but for now, it’s manageable.
