The 2 BHK apartments, with a carpet area of 645 Sq.ft, offer enough space for my husband, myself, and our two children. The project provides essential amenities like 24x7 water supply, a gymnasium, and a swimming pool, which are important for us. The construction is still underway, with completion scheduled for April 2026. The price for our chosen flat is around 1.2 Crore. While the location is great, the nearby distance to Hinjawadi Road means it can get quite busy, and we are concerned about the noise levels. However, the planned amenities and proximity to schools outweigh this minor issue for us.
