The location in Ambattur is quite convenient, close to both the Chennai Bypass Road and the Chennai Tiruvallur High Road, making travel easy. We wanted something close to family. The apartment itself is decent, though the finishing touches could have been a bit better. Rahul Associates seems to be a reliable developer. We haven't faced any major issues so far. The air quality around here is generally good, but sometimes the traffic on the main roads can get a little heavy during peak houOverall, it is a peaceful place to settle down.
