  We were looking for a home in a convenient location for our children. Rahmath Manzil by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper is perfect because Sri Sairam High School is literally a short distance. KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals is also very close by, which gives us peace of mind. The Yusufguda Metro Station being so near is an added advantage for commuting. Since it is ready to move in, we could shift immediately after purchase. The area in Deluxe Colony is generally nice. My only slight concern is that the roads around the project can get very congested during peak hou, making travel a bit slow sometimes.
