I purchased a unit in Srisairam Residency as an investment. Its ready-to-move status and the location in Miyapur, near Jayaprakash Colony, appealed to me. Being close to Madhura Nagar Metro Station at nearby provides good connectivity for potential renteThe developer, Srisairam Group, has a history of project completion, which gives some confidence. It was completed in May 2003, so it’s an older property, but the rental yield in this area is typically strong. I am evaluating the rental potential and the ongoing maintenance costs. The price point was reasonable for the area, considering it is already built.

Relocating to Hyderabad for work at Aster Prime Hospital, I needed a place close to my workplace. Srisairam Residency is literally nearby, which is perfect. It's also close to The Hyderabad Public School and the Madhura Nagar Metro Station. Being ready to move in May 2003 meant I could settle in quickly without the hassle of construction delays. The Srisairam Group is a known developer here. The location in Yousufguda is lively. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that is temporary. The flat I got is comfortable and functional for a single peon. Overall, a good find.

We decided to settle down in Hyderabad after retirement and found Srisairam Residency in Yousufguda. It was ready to move in, which was a big plus for us as we did not want to wait. The location is quite convenient; the Hyderabad Public School is just a short walk away, which is good if grandkids visit. Aster Prime Hospital is also very close by. The construction is from 2003, so it is older, but it seems to have held up reasonably well. The price was within our budget after selling our old place. We found the rooms to be a decent size for two people. Srisairam Group has a reputation for completing projects.

The Hyderabad Public School and Aster Prime Hospital are nearby, making the area well-serviced. The fact that it is ready to move was a huge advantage; I could move in without waiting for possession. The Srisairam Group seems to have delivered this project quite some time ago, back in May 2003. The rooms are a bit compact, which is a minor drawback, but the overall location is excellent for daily commutes and accessing essentials. Madhura Nagar Metro Station is also within easy reach.

It's ready to move, so I could shift in immediately after finalizing. The proximity to Aster Prime Hospital is reassuring, and The Hyderabad Public School being so close is a bonus, though not directly relevant to me. The metro station is also walkable. My main concern is the parking situation; it feels a bit cramped, and I worry about finding a spot after coming home late. The Srisairam Group built this some time ago, so the amenities might not be the latest.

I liked that Madhura Nagar Metro Station is only nearby, making it easy to get around the city for work. The developer, Srisairam Group, has been around for a while. The price was okay for a ready property, though I wished I had a bit more information on the exact area of the flat. The building looks a little dated since it was completed in May 2003, but the interiowere clean. I am hoping the maintenance charges are not too high.
