I opted for a 3 BHK apartment with a carpet area of about 1384 Sq.ft. The price was in the higher range, around 1.2 Crore, but the developer, Raheja Univeal, assured us of quality construction. The project offea variety of amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, and spa, which are appealing for a relaxed lifestyle. While the project is under construction, the surrounding environment seems calm. My main concern is the completion date; it was initially stated as October 2011, which seems to have passed, causing some uncertainty. However, the overall plan and the location are quite promising for future appreciation.

We purchased a 3 BHK apartment, the carpet area is around 1353 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for our family of four. The project is under construction, and we are hoping it completes soon. The location in Surathkal is also good, with NMPT Hospital nearby. The price for our unit was around 90 Lakh. The main concern for us is the ongoing construction which means dust and noise, but we are willing to bear it for the convenience of the location. The 2 BHK units range from 723 Sq.ft to 906 Sq.ft carpet area, which is a good size for one peon or a couple. The price for my unit was about 70 Lakh. The project is still under construction, and I’m eager for it to be completed. The developer, Raheja Univeal, has equipped the project with essential amenities like power backup and 24/7 security, which are important for me. My only small worry is the parking situation, as it seems a bit limited, but overall, I feel it’s a good investment.
