The prices are quite competitive for the area, ranging from 39.55 Lakh. The project offea good set of amenities including a swimming pool and a waiting lounge, which are nice touches. Being ready to move is a definite advantage as I need to settle in quickly. My main concern is the connectivity to the main city from Surathkal; it can take a while during peak traffic hou, which is something I will need to get used to. Still, the proximity to the hospital is a major factor for me.
