The price range is between 92 Lakhs and 1.83 Crore, which is a significant commitment. The proximity to the Outer Ring Road (15 KM) is good for commuting. However, the construction status means we have to wait until April 2023 for completion, and there's always dust and noise associated with ongoing work.
