Magna Homes is the developer, and the project completion is targeted for April 2027. We are looking forward to the community buildings and the overall planned infrastructure. The inclusion of storm water drains and a sewage treatment plant shows good planning. One thing that felt a bit tight was the estimated parking space per villa; I hope it's sufficient for our two vehicles. Otherwise, the project looks promising.
