The 1 BHK apartments are around 304 to 333 square feet carpet area, which is enough space for one peon. The price was also within my budget, around 15.2 Lakhs. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus for me as I needed to shift quickly. The location near Rane Nagar Link Road is convenient for daily commute. I also liked the closed car parking facility. My only slight worry is that the electrical meter room is shared, but that seems standard for this price range. Overall, a practical choice for someone starting out.

The carpet area for the 1 BHK is approximately 333 square feet. The price was reasonable, falling within the 15.2 Lakh to 20.37 Lakh range. It's a ready-to-move property, completed in September 2023, which meant no waiting. The developer, Radheraman Construction, has a reputation for timely delivery. While the project is generally good, the parking area is closed car parking but can feel a bit congested if you have a larger vehicle. It’s a decent deal for the money though.
