Mahahi Sandipani School is literally a minute away and Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals Naroda is a short distance the project. This was a big deciding factor for our family. We are looking at a 4 BHK apartment which has a built-up area of 1984 Sq.ft. The price is around 1.71 Crore, which is a bit high but manageable. The amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and Rain Water Harvesting are good practical features. The only concern is the dust from the ongoing construction, but that’s expected.
