The location in Vemali, Chhani is decent, and it's great that the Chhani Jakat Naka Bus Stop is so close for commuting. The completion is slated for December 2028. We liked the idea of a community hall for events. The only slight drawback is that the developer hasn't specified the exact loan options available, which makes financial planning a little uncertain. Otherwise, we are quite happy with our decision.
