I am buying this villa for my parents who will be moving from another city. It's important for them to have a comfortable and secure environment. Radha River Age by Dasari Developeoffevillas of 4414 Sq.ft which is more than enough. The ready to move status is perfect so they can settle in immediately. Proximity to Continental Hospitals is a significant factor, ensuring they have quick access to medical care if needed. The 24x7 security and water supply provide reassurance. The amphitheater and multipurpose room are nice for community interaction. I am hopeful they will enjoy living here.

We chose Radha River Age primarily for our children. Phoenix Greens School of Learning is practically next door, which makes school runs so much easier. The villas offer plenty of space, with configurations starting at 4414 Sq.ft. We liked the idea of having a tennis court and a swimming pool within the community for the kids to enjoy. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for peace of mind. The only drawback is that the Raidurg Metro Station is nearby, so commuting to other parts of the city using the metro takes a bit of time.
