I live abroad but wanted to ensure my parents had a comfortable home in Nagpur. I chose Rachana Vrundavan because it is ready to move and Rachana Construction has been in the market for some time. The 4 BHK flat is very spacious at 2684 square feet, which is perfect for my parents. The location near the Ring Road and Koradi Road provides good connectivity. It's reassuring to know there is 24x7 security and power backup. Max Super Speciality Hospital is also quite close, at nearby, which is important for peace of mind. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex feel pleasant. I'm hoping the maintenance by Rachana Construction remains good.

We picked Rachana Vrundavan primarily for the location. It is situated on Koradi Road, very close to the Ring Road, making commutes easier. The flat is a 4 BHK with a large built up area of 2684 sq.ft, giving our children ample space to play indooIt's ready to move in, which was a huge plus for us. The nearby Ginger Mall at nearby is very convenient for all our shopping needs, and Max Hospital is also nearby. One thing that concerned us was the noise from the traffic on the Ring Road, especially during the day. However, the presence of a children's play area and landscaping makes up for it. Rachana Construction has provided basic amenities like power backup.

We were looking for a spacious home and Rachana Vrundavan caught our eye. The 2684 sq.ft built up area for the 4 BHK is massive, perfect for us and maybe a future family. Being ready to move in was a huge advantage for our busy IT schedules. It's great that they have 24x7 security and power backup, which are essential for us. The proximity to Ginger Mall, nearby, is super convenient for shopping and movie nights. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction on the Ring Road nearby, which is a minor concern. Overall, Rachana Construction seems to have delivered a solid product in a good location.

Finally decided to buy my fit flat and landed on Rachana Vrundavan. The 4 BHK configuration is quite large, 2684 square feet built up area which gives us plenty of room to grow. It's ready to move which was a big factor for us since we didn't want to wait any longer. The location on Koradi Road, near the Ring Road, is convenient for getting around Nagpur. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it feels quite green. The only thing is that the developer, Rachana Construction, didn't provide pricing details upfront, so we had to inquire separately. It felt a bit opaque. However, the size of the flat is definitely a major plus point for a fit-time buyer like me.

After yeaof renting, we finally decided to invest in our own place. Rachana Vrundavan offered a 4 BHK flat with a generous built up area of 2684 sq.ft, which is a significant upgrade for us. We visited the site and the Children's Play Area looked well-maintained, which is important as we have young kids. The location on Koradi Road is decent, though getting onto the main Ring Road can be a bit slow during peak houdue to traffic. The project is ready to move, which meant we could shift in almost immediately after finalising. Rachana Construction has been around for a while, so that gave us some confidence in their reliability. Rain water harvesting is also a good feature.
