It’s ready to move, which is convenient. The location in Ruva, near Subhashnagar, is developing, and it's good that it has basic amenities like 24x7 water supply. It’s also fairly close to Talaja Jakatnaka Bus Stop, nearby, which is useful. My only reservation is that the immediate approach road could be better maintained, but I'm hopeful the area will improve with time and Rachana Builde' efforts.
