We have two school-going children, and thankfully, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Narayan Bandekar School is just 0 kilometeaway, which is incredibly convenient. We opted for a 3 BHK apartment in Mormugao. The project is ready to move. While the apartments are nice, the lack of available amenities information was a bit concerning during the selection process. Queeny Realty has completed this project, so it's not a new build. The starting price of 68.0 Lakh is competitive for the area. We are settling in well.
