STRUCTURE: The building will be of Earthquake proof R.C.C. Column, beam and slab construction with 23 cms laterite exterior walls and 11 cms brick interior walls. The external walls will be of double coat sand faced cement plaster and painted with External Emulsion paint. The internal walls will be cement plastered finished with a wall ready mix and painted with plastic paints.
FLOORING: The following will be provided:
1.Designer tiles in Living room, Bedrooms, Passages and Balconies.
2.Vitrified tiles in Kitchen.
3.Anti-skid vitrified tiles for open terrace.
4.Anti-skid ceramic tiles for bathrooms and toilets.
DOORS & WINDOWS:
1.All doors will be of teakwood.
2.All windows will be of Fenesta UPVC.
3.All windows will be fitted with powder coated M.S  grills as per our design.
4.All door fittings will be of Brass Ironmongery.
SANITARY & PLUMBING : All the sanitary fittings will be of Jaguar or equivalent. Plumbing will be concealed.
TOILETS/BATHROOM: Toilets will be provided with full height ceramic wall tiles.
1.Wall-hung European type W.C with flush valve.
2.Chrome-Plated Tap of Jaguar or equivalent make.
3.Hot/cold mixer for Shower and Wash basin.
4.Accessories such as towel racks, towel rings, soap dish and tooth brush holder etc.
KITCHEN: Kitchen will be provided with the following:
1.Platform dado with ceramic tiles up to a height of 0.60 meters.
2.Vitrified tiles flooring.
3.Modular kitchen with storage cabinets.
4.Electronic water purifier.
5.Exhaust fan.
WATER PROOFING: All toilets, W.C./Bath, roofs will be provided with chemical and conventional water proofing.
ELECTRIFICATION: Wiring will be of copper and concealed and will have Honeywell (MK) equivalent electrical fittings.
