We were looking for a 3 BHK in West Hyderabad and PVR Kshetra caught our eye. The sizes range from 1436 sq.ft up to 1978 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room. We liked that it's ready to move in, so we could plan our housewarming soon. The clubhouse is massive, over 6,619 sq.ft, and has indoor games, which is great for weekends. Being close to Shankarpally Railway Station (1.5 km) is also useful. Our only concern is the drive to the Financial District IT HUB, which takes about 35 minutes. We also noticed some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we are hoping that will settle down. Overall, the amenities like the swimming pool and children's play area are good.

Being ready to move was a huge plus as I needed to settle quickly.
