The 1 BHK flat I saw had a carpet area of around 380 sq.ft which felt manageable for a single peon. It is ready to move which was a big factor for me as I didn't want to wait too long. The location is decent, close to Undri Gaon Bus Stop, which is convenient. I also liked that EuroSchool Undri is just a short distance away. My only concern is the actual construction quality; it looks okay now, but only time will tell how it holds up. The builder, Purva Develope, seems to have completed this project by June 2022. Overall, I'm hopeful this will be a good fit investment.

That was the main reason we considered this project by Purva DevelopeWe looked at a 1 BHK flat, and the carpet area is between 341 to 436 sq.ft. It's ready to move, which is great for us as we needed to relocate quickly for the new school year. The connectivity to NIBM Road is also good, nearby. However, the rooms themselves are a bit on the smaller side, especially when you have kids. Finding space for storage is proving to be a challenge. The project was completed in June 2022. Having 24x7 water supply is a relief, but we are still figuring out if the space will be enough long-term.
