The location near Manipal Hospital (0 KM) is a huge plus for emergencies. I am looking at a 2 BHK with a carpet area of around 600 Sq.ft. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by June 2025. Puravankara Limited seems to be a reliable developer. The only slight concern is that Ramwadi Metro Station is nearby, so daily commute might involve some travel time. However, the extensive list of amenities like the Gymnasium and Swimming Pool is very attractive.
