I bought a larger 3 BHK, around 2234 Sq.ft, which offeplenty of space. The project by Skyward Group is ready to move. Having a power backup is essential here, and they provide it. The indoor games facility is a nice addition for leisure time. The main concern is the noise from the surrounding area, which can be considerable.

We liked that it's relatively close to Apollo Hospitals and Don Bosco School. Skyward Group finished this project back in September 2019. The only slight downside is the traffic can get a bit much during peak houon Matheswartala Road, but that's typical for Kolkata.
