We got a 1162 square feet unit which feels spacious enough. The project is ready to move, so we didn't have to wait long. The price point, around 90 Lakhs, was manageable with our home loan. We were impressed by the amenities like the swimming pool and the gymnasium. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind. Having the Ram Krishna Mission nearby is also a positive factor for us. The construction quality appeasolid.

The location in Naktala is decent, close to the metro station which helps my commute.
