After retiring, we wanted a peaceful place to settle. Meharia South View seemed like a good option due to its location near the Ram Krishna Mission in Naktala, which offea serene environment. It's also conveniently close to Gitanjali Metro Station, making it easy to visit family. We looked at the 3 BHK configuration, and the layout is quite functional for our needs. The fact that it's ready to move in meant we could shift without delay. My only concern is the parking situation, which looks a bit tight, especially if visitocome over. Otherwise, the construction quality appeadecent.

We have been renting in this area for yeaand finally decided to buy our own flat. Meharia South View in Naktala caught our eye because it is ready to move. The location is very good, with Gitanjali Metro Station nearby, which is perfect for our daily commute to school. We saw a 2 BHK and it felt a little cramped, especially the second bedroom. Also, being on Kendua Main Road means there is a fair amount of traffic and dust, which is not ideal. However, the nearby Narayana Hospital is a comfort, knowing it's so close. We were looking for something ready to move in and Meharia South View fit the bill. The location in Naktala is pretty convenient, especially since Gitanjali Metro Station is only nearby. That makes commuting to work so much easier. We checked out a 2 BHK and the space seemed decent for us. The nearby Ram Krishna Mission is also a nice landmark, very peaceful area. Construction looks solid enough from the outside. Hopefully, the interiowill be just as good once we move in. The developer, NA, seems to have completed the project on time, which is always a good sign.

Finding a good home near schools was our priority. Meharia South View in Naktala is close to Narayana Hospital which is good, and also not too far from Gitanjali Metro Station. We looked at a 3 BHK, and while the layout was okay, the rooms felt a bit smaller than we expected for the price point. It's right on Kendua Main Road, so there's quite a bit of traffic noise during peak hou, which can be a concern with kids. However, the fact that it's ready to move is a huge advantage for us as we didn't want to wait for construction. The proximity to the Ram Krishna Mission is a plus for the atmosphere.
