The price for our unit was within the 80-90 Lakh range, fitting our budget expectations. I appreciate the detailed planning evident in the construction quality. The location in Mundhwa, Keshav Nagar is decent, though traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houThe developer, Puravankara Limited, has a good reputation, which was a major factor in our decision. We haven't moved in yet, but the progress looks promising. The nearby EON IT Park is a plus for commuting.

The location in Mundhwa is convenient, with EON IT Park being a reasonable distance away. Puravankara Limited has delivered a project that feels like a small resort. The price was on the higher side, but the ready-to-move status and the unique design made it worthwhile for us. The 24x7 security is also a big plus.

Puravankara Silveands in Pune offea unique lifestyle with its 19-acre beach-inspired design and lagoon. I invested in a 3 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area between 1200 and 1400 Sq.ft. The prices range from 56.23 L up to 1.71 Cr, which I found competitive for the amenities provided. Being ready to move in since December 2016 is a definite advantage. The proximity to the Mula-Mutha River adds to the scenic beauty. While the concept is impressive, I am concerned about the long-term maintenance costs of such a large, themed development. The boutique retail shops onsite are a nice touch for convenience, though.

We chose Puravankara Silveands mainly because of its proximity to EuroSchool Kharadi, which is less than nearby. Our 3 BHK apartment is quite spacious, around 1300 Sq.ft. The kid's pool and the general layout of the project are great for families. The project by Puravankara Limited has a lot of open spaces and a lagoon which the children love. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are essential conveniences. My only concern is the parking; it can feel a bit congested during visiting houThe Ramwadi Metro Station is also quite close, making commutes easier for my husband.

The security features like 24x7 CCTV surveillance are reassuring. However, the prices, starting from 56.23 L, felt a bit steep for a 1 BHK, even considering the amenities. The location is good, but some areas around Mundhwa can get quite dusty due to ongoing construction nearby. Overall, it's a comfortable place.
