Looking at the pictures and couple of articles, it seems that Puranik Tokyo Bay stands apart from the normal residence out here because of its unique concept of "Exotic Japanese Themed Residences" Meaning we can enjoy the Japan Lifestyle staying within India. Inspite of providing so many amenities, features etc., Price quoted is just 50 Lacs onwards, Its too much budget friendly property compared to Mumbai.
There are hardly any options left in this project, thats what my agent told me. I wanted to see various options in this project. I am also ok with some Resale options. So please let me know if you come across such options.
