We are happy with our decision to buy a 2 BHK at Vikas Complex. As IT professionals, the proximity to Manpada Metro Station which is nearby is a major advantage for our commute. The flat is 995 Sq.ft and the layout is very functional for two people. We liked that the property includes a modern gymnasium and a swimming pool. Vikas Constructions has ensured the project is ready to move, which was great since we wanted to shift quickly. The building has 24x7 water supply and proper lifts which work perfectly. It is a bit far from Mumbai Airport at nearby, but considering the traffic in Thane, this is a standard distance. Overall, it is a great place to start our life together.

I decided to put my money into Vikas Complex because the location in Kalwa is really developing fast. Since it is close to Thane Railway Station which is nearby, I expect good rental demand here. Vikas Constructions has finished the project and it is ready to move which saved me a lot of waiting time. The 2 BHK unit I bought is 995 Sq.ft and feels like a decent size for the price point. One thing to note is that the road leading up to the main gate gets a bit congested during peak hou, but that is expected in this part of Thane. Overall, it seems like a solid purchase for anyone looking for long term appreciation in a well connected residential area.

Finding a home near a school was our top priority so moving into Vikas Complex was an easy choice for us. Holy Cross School is very close by which makes morning routines much easier for my children. We opted for the 3 BHK flat with 1300 Sq.ft because we wanted that extra space for a dedicated study room. The children play area and the swimming pool are well maintained and the kids enjoy them every evening. Security is taken seriously here with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and guards at the entrance. The only small issue we face is the occasional water pressure drop on the higher flooduring the summer, but the 24x7 water supply backup usually helps manage it.

My move to Thane was made much easier because of the location of Vikas Complex. Being near Jupiter Hospital is very convenient for my daily commute to work. The project is quite large and offea sports area where I can unwind after long shifts at the hospital. I purchased a 3 BHK flat measuring 1300 Sq.ft because I needed the extra room for my library and office setup. It is a ready to move property, so I could shift in almost immediately after the paperwork was done. While the interioare good, I think the external parking area could have been slightly better planned as it feels a bit cramped when guests come over. Other than that, everything is fine.

I checked out the 3 BHK layout which is 1300 Sq.ft and it feels quite airy with good natural light. The gymnasium is well equipped for daily workouts and having a club house in the same building is a nice convenience for hosting small meetings or family events. The price for this unit was around 2.43 Crore which felt a bit on the higher side but the connectivity to the main road compensates for it. Parking space is provided which is a huge relief in this crowded city area.
