This is my fit property purchase, and I felt comfortable with PS Numa. I looked at the 4 BHK apartment which is 2881 square feet, it felt quite spacious. The developer, PS Group, has a history of delivering projects, which was important for me as a fit-time buyer. The location in Tangra is developing, and it's good to be near Beliaghata Main Road. I'm a bit concerned about the dust and construction activity for the next few yea, as it's still under construction. The projected completion date is February 2032, so there's a long wait. The indoor games and multipurpose hall sound like good additions for future leisure.

I am purchasing a 5 BHK apartment in PS Numa for my parents who reside in Kolkata. The size of 2648 to 3114 square feet for a 5 BHK is excellent, ensuring comfort for them. The key factor was the immediate proximity to Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals and Don Bosco School, both at nearby, which offegreat peace of mind. The project by PS Group is still under construction and scheduled for completion in February 2032. While Tangra is a developing area, the access to Beliaghata Main Road within 5 minutes is good. I am hoping the maintenance of the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium will be well-managed by PS Group in the long run.

I recently visited PS Numa in Tangra. The project offeduplexes and apartments, with configurations going up to 6.5 BHK, which seems quite large for a single peon, but the larger sizes like 5.5 BHK starting around 2648 square feet are attractive. The location is a mixed bag; it's close to Beliaghata Main Road, but the EM Bypass is quite far at nearby. Phoolbagan Metro Station is nearby, which is okay. What concerns me is the long construction period, with completion set for February 2032. Also, the parking situation might be tight given the number of apartments and duplexes planned. The rooftop club and swimming pool are nice touches though.

We are considering a 5 BHK which is around 3114 square feet, providing much needed room. The location is quite convenient, being a short distance Beliaghata Main Road, and critically, near Don Bosco School and Apollo Hospitals. Having these essential services so close (0 KM) was a major deciding factor for us. The project is under construction, with completion in February 2032. We are also looking forward to the rooftop club and swimming pool. The entrance lobby also looked grand in the brochures.
