    I decided to put some capital into land because the prices at PS Highway City seemed quite stable for this location in Gannavaram. I picked up a 3600 Sq.ft plot which works well for a long term asset. The proximity to NH5 is definitely the biggest factor for me as it makes the connectivity excellent. PS RAO Housing has kept the documentation straightforward which I appreciate. My only minor concern is that the development area is still quite open and windy, so expect some dust for a while until the landscaping matures further. Overall, it is a decent investment option if you are looking at the Krishna district market.
