  Finding a decent flat in Pune that is also affordable can be a challenge. Pruthviraj Swami Shrushti offe1 BHK units at 32 Lakh onwards, which is why I booked one. The carpet area is 320 sq.ft. Being a short distance Nashik Phata road and NH4 Bypass is great for my commute to work. The inclusion of a fire fighting system and water conservation measures is reassuring. I do wish the parking situation was clearer; they mention closed and open parking, but I am concerned about securing a good spot. The construction is ongoing, with completion expected in December 2026. Overall, it meets my basic needs for a home.

The price of 32 Lakh was within my budget. I really liked that JUNIOORCHID SCHOOL & Jr. COLLEGE CBSE is a short distance, which is convenient. The developer, Pruthviraj, seems professional. They are offering basic amenities like car parking and a fire fighting system. The only thing I'm a bit worried about is the completion date of December 2026; it feels quite far away. Also, the area can get quite dusty with all the construction happening around.

The price of 32 Lakh is attractive for this developing area. My main reservation is the long wait for possession, slated for December 2026. The construction site does generate a fair amount of dust which is common in such projects.
