Being a short distance Nashik Phata road and NH4 Bypass is great for my commute to work. The inclusion of a fire fighting system and water conservation measures is reassuring. I do wish the parking situation was clearer; they mention closed and open parking, but I am concerned about securing a good spot. The construction is ongoing, with completion expected in December 2026. Overall, it meets my basic needs for a home.
