The location in Nava Naroda is also convenient, with The South International School right at nearby, which is perfect for our daughter. We are looking at the 4 BHK flats which have a built-up area of 2072 square feet. The possession is expected in December 2027, which gives us enough time. The provision for 24x7 water supply and a solid waste management system are also very practical features that appeal to us. Landscaping and tree planting will make the complex look nice.
