    I visited Prudent Amara recently. The 3 BHK flats are spacious, with built-up areas from 1080 Sq.ft to 1214 Sq.ft. The price range of 45.36 Lakh to 51.6 Lakh is quite reasonable for the size and amenities offered. Prudent Infrarealty is developing this project in Narendrapur. I was particularly impressed with the outdoor gym with a pergola and turf, and the peripheral greenery. The location near Southern Bypass and EM Bypass offegood connectivity. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in October 2027. The traffic on the roads leading to the site during peak houcan be a bit challenging.
